Queen of the Pantry’s prenatal and postpartum approaches combine our seasonal and whole food philosophy.
Our meal packages include weekly delivery of nutrient dense, convenient meals and snacks. We work with each mom to ensure their meals meet their unique nutrition and dietary needs. Our innovative recipes prioritize organic, ethically sourced ingredients.

Chef Yvette Taylor and the Queen of the Pantry team draw on extensive culinary and nutrition experience to meet your needs as a mom. We create nutrient-dense meals including a good mix of protein, healthy fats, and a variety of carbohydrates to support your overall energy, appetite, and well being. Well-balanced postpartum nutrition can help to speed recovery, promote milk production, and enjoy the joys of early motherhood.

Prenatal Meal Services
Our prenatal menus offer a selection of nutrient-dense whole foods designed to include specific nutrients needed for pregnancy (sourced from whole foods rich in folate and iron), support healthy digestion, and changing appetite needs.
Our seasonal menu items include a mix of proteins, healthy fats, and a variety of carbohydrates.
Prenatal meal services can include in-home private meal preparation or a weekly meal package of prepared meals and snacks. Gift certificates and welcome week packages are also available.


Postpartum Meal Package
Queen of the Pantry helps you plan for your postpartum period to ensure you have all the nutritional support you’ll need.
With our postpartum meal package you’ll choose up to 4 weeks of clean, nutrient and protein centric meals balanced with healthy fats, vegetables, and fruits with the option to add on additional weeks.
Meals are prepared with seasonal ingredients, along with guidance from the 40-day protocol, and personalized to your needs as a new mom.
We don’t just prepare and cook food. We create healthy experiences!

Aside from being Boston’s premier Wellness Chef, Yvette is a classically trained professional chef, Culinary Nutrition Specialist and certified Weight Management Coach with a strong focus in nutrition, postpartum, breastfeeding, weight management, and allergen-free diets. We can help with everything from encouraging a healthy milk supply, avoiding gluten (if you want to), and shedding that baby weight!
