[box]Chocolate Protein Bites – No Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use Isagenix Chocolate Isalean or Vega One Chocolate)
- 3/4 cup almond meal (Bob’s Red Mill) 3/4 cup almond (or other nut butter)
- 1/4 cup pure grade maple syrup
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 T Ground Chia or Ground Flax (optional)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Method:
Mix together well until dough forms (should be like raw cookie dough consistency).
Scoop into tablespoon size balls (it’s easier to wet your hands with water when rolling them. They’ll be less messy and it helps the coconut to stick). Then roll in unsweetened shredded coconut
Store in an airtight container. Will keep up to 5 days in the refrigerator.[/box]
